Kawtar Waddi
Kawtar Waddi, AKA Sanjaune, is a young artist who graduated from ESBAC ( the Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Casablanca). With a multidisciplinary background, she masters different mediums and artistic formats, notably illustration and animation. Kawtar Waddi’s world, where the color yellow reigns supreme, is a marvelous world of illustrations and colors skilfully chosen to convey the subjects she explores in her work.

Kawtar Waddi is committed to the life path of any artist who wishes to make a profession of it and tells us about the lack of role models experienced by the child she once was. Through her work, she takes us on a voyage of discovery into her world of animation, where colors are inspired by the world of cartoons that marked her childhood deeply. This work brings to light a few snippets of the many adventures she went through to realize her dream career. This light-hearted animation depicts a path fraught with pitfalls, that of the artist who manages to deviate from the models imposed by society.
